It's definitely
Wax Plant (Hoya pubicalyx)
From what I've heard, there are many Hoya pubicalyx clones in circulation nowadays and leaf color can be variable. It could possibly be
Wax Plant (Hoya pubicalyx 'Pink Silver') which some call 'Silver Pink'. With that cultivar I've heard that leaves have pinkish/silver splashes.
This is one that I received @ 2007 in a trade as a small plant labeled 'Pink Silver' but all I know is that it is a pubicalyx. As a small plant it had lots of silvery splashes on the leaves but not so much as it has grown; I wonder if light intensity possibly has something to do with that change?
