I have 2 Hoyas at work that have mottled leaves that are cream colored. That was how they are naturally.
Sorry the photos are not too good. I don't have the names available.

I would advise checking the exact name of your Hoya to see if it has different or varied leaves in its family.

Jonna: Your Hoya plant is beautiful and I agree with everyone else, there's nothing wrong with your plants leaves at all. Many hoya's have the silver like mottling on the leaves; H. pubicalyx 'Pink Silver' I believe is one named because of the pinkish-silver leaf mottling. Some of the Hoya carnosa's have leaves with the mottling/splashes too.

Check out the leaves on these H. pubicalyx photo's:

This one of mj's has gorgeous foliage:

My ever favorite Hoya shooting star is showing off this summer with its blooms. Usually it fails and blasts during summer when it is too warm..this time it is pushing it woohoo!

Wow, that's cool, I've never seen a seed pod on a Hoya before. Do you plan to plant them?

My new hoya bloomed. I hope it helps ID it. The shadows were a bit distracting in the picture so I hope this is good enough. There was a slight scent, sweet, this morning. I'll check again tonight.

I agree At first I thought it might be H. pubicalxy Splash as it looked like the leaves were more heavily speckled, but with a clearer pic of the foliage and the bloom it's Pink Silver. Splash Blooms are much darker.

It's definitely Wax Plant (Hoya pubicalyx)

From what I've heard, there are many Hoya pubicalyx clones in circulation nowadays and leaf color can be variable. It could possibly be Wax Plant (Hoya pubicalyx 'Pink Silver') which some call 'Silver Pink'. With that cultivar I've heard that leaves have pinkish/silver splashes.

This is one that I received @ 2007 in a trade as a small plant labeled 'Pink Silver' but all I know is that it is a pubicalyx. As a small plant it had lots of silvery splashes on the leaves but not so much as it has grown; I wonder if light intensity possibly has something to do with that change?

Photo taken 2/28/2012 after plant was in full sun for awhile and the same plant 5/19/2013 in shade:
